LEAF
It has a double zinc plated steel sheet, and it is stiffened inside by omega-shaped steel reinforcements. It is insultaed internally by thermic and sound proof material and trimmed all around by the “Comfort” seal. The fixed bolts, placed on the hinges side, prevent the lateral unhinging. The handles are in bronze aluminium.
FRAME/COUNTERFRAME
The anchorage to the wall is ensured by a steel frame/counterframe system which guarantees a good possibility to adjust the two elements.
LOCK
The door is equipped with a Tesio GRIPSTOP lock. It has two opposite jaws in the center, which hook themselves firmly to the frame with a rotation of 90_. In addition, the lock also operates upper and lower mobile bolts, and on the external side it is protected by a drill proof manganese steel plate.

HINGES
Some semi adjustable height hinges are welded to the frame. Innovative semi hinges groups are welded to the door leaf, they are totally adjustable on the 3 axis, with micrometric mouvement for the lateral shifting. The rotating pivots action a couple of spheres to reduce considerably the level of friction.
