QUANTA has a very stiff steel structure to defend the house.
LEAF
Completely made of steel, the leaf undergoes a special anti-corrosion treatment before being painted with a polyester powder paint, specially used for external gauffred finishing. This makes sure that there is maximun resistance to weather conditions and to U.V. rays. The special patented profile of Quanta protects mobile and fixed bolts from all unhinging attempts.
The lower and upper locking bars are individually adjustable.
FRAME/COUNTERFRAME
Quanta is firmly anchored to the wall on three sides by means of a steel anti-corrosion frame/counterframe system. It is completely adjustable and installation is quick and easy.
LOCK
Quanta is installed with a cylinder lock.

FIXED BOLTS
By means of their hook shape they ensure high anti-unhinging protection.
HINGES
The hinges are made of very strong steel and they rotate on spheres. They are equipped with a mechanism for adjustment on the three axis, which allows a quick and perfect installation of the leaves. Upon request we can supply hinges which allow the opening of the shutters when assembling the frame in a rear position should there be a decorated faÁade.
